Additional Driver:
you can add an additional driver to your rental contract
The additional driver must have a valid drivers license and be covered by insurance.

Age requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age and 25 years of age to rent exotic and prestiege cars.
However, arrangements can be made if you are under 21 years old and have
proper Insurance, it is best to call in to our location to confirm.

Renters age 18 to 24 must have their own full coverage insurance.

Full coverage insurance is required to rent prestiege and exotic vehicles.

Payment of Charges and Fees
You agree to pay BHCR all incurred rental charges and fees. These include, but are not limited to: weekly, daily, and hourly rental charges at the rates specified in this Agreement; mileage charges; additional equipment fees; charges for any selected optional insurance products or services, if offered; refueling fees; customer facility charges; airport concession fees; tourism commission assessments; vehicle license recovery fees; other government-imposed taxes or fees; cleaning fees; statutory administrative fees; and any other applicable fees and charges.

Due Date and Interest
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sums due are payable upon the return of the Vehicle. Any unpaid amounts shall accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum.

Third-Party Billing and Insurance Replacements
You remain liable for all amounts due under this Agreement even if these charges and fees are billed to another person or organization, including an insurance company. For insurance replacement vehicles, your total charges and fees may exceed the insurance company’s allowable, pre-set daily rate and rental period. Regardless of whether BHCR bills an insurance company directly, you remain responsible for the payment of all charges.

Citations, Tolls, and Card Authorization
You are liable for all parking charges, citations, towing, storage, and impound fees arising from your rental. You authorize BHCR to charge the credit or debit card on deposit for all incurred rental charges, fees, and damage repair costs, as well as parking violations and toll charges incurred during the rental period, along with a $25 administration fee.Vehicle Recovery and TransportYou agree to pay all losses and costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by BHCR in retrieving, repossessing, or recovering the Vehicle, including cases where a government authority or agency seizes the vehicle. If the Vehicle is left or recovered more than 250 miles from the renting location, the Renter is responsible for all costs required to transport the Vehicle back to the renting location, including the cost of a driver, lodging, and meals.Personal Property BHCR is not responsible for any personal property left in the Vehicle.

We offer vehicle delivery and pickup services for our customers. Local delivery and pickup are generally free of charge. However, fees may apply for areas outside the greater Los Angeles area, depending on distance and other factors. We can also arrange vehicle transport to and from other states.

A deposit is required to rent a vehicle. This is typically through a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). The deposit amount varies depending on the type of vehicle requested and the expected duration of the rental. A customer service representative would be happy to provide detailed information.

The following is disallowed and considered unauthorized use of our vehicles

• Rental vehicle may not be taken to Mexico or Canada.
• Rental vehicle can not go outside California without prior approval.

Yes. Insurance is required by state law.

Full coverage insurance must be in effect and transferable to the vehicle you rent. A representative from Beverly Hills Car Rental will verify your insurance coverage before your rental to help streamline the process.

If you are visiting from another country or do not carry a personal auto insurance policy (as is common in some states), we also offer rental coverage options.

The following is disallowed and considered unauthorized use of our vehicles

• Operation of the Vehicle by anyone who is not the renter or an authorized additional driver listed on the Agreement.
• Driving the Vehicle by someone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Driving of the Vehicle outside the State of California or USA, without authorization in writing by BHCR.
• Smoking in the Vehicle at any time (a cleaning charge will be assessed).
• Driving in a willful, wonton, or reckless manner.
• Driving in an intentional manner which results in damage.
• Driving in connection with conduct that can be properly charged as a felony.
• Driving after providing fraudulent information to BHCR.
• Driving on any track or racetrack.
• Driving in a race, speed test, or contest.
• Driving for any driver training activity.
• Driving to push or tow any vehicle or trailer.
• Driving off-road or on any unpaved road.
• Driving with or putting on snow chains or cables.
• Driving as a for-hire transportation service, ridesharing (e.g., Uber, Lyft, Curb, Limos.com, etc.), limousine service, or commercial hire.

Child and booster seats are available upon request. Most of BHCR vechiles are equiped with factory navigation and our concierge service would be more than willing to make sure you’re able to find your way around town.

Complimentary local delivery and pickup to your home or office can be arranged as well as out of area delivery and pickup for a fee.

Vehicles can be returned to our retail locations during business hours. Pickup of vehicles, like delivery, is also available as well.
