FEATURES
While the ultraluxurious Rolls-Royce Cullinan has some modern touches, such as digital displays and a streaming-capable rear-seat entertainment system, it’s still old school in the ways that matter to the brand’s customers. For instance, this SUV still relies on a woefully inefficient but powerful twin-turbo V-12 to effortlessly propel it. Not that you would know it from the driver’s seat, as Rolls has padded the passenger compartment with enough sound-deadening material (not to mention yards of leather, metal, wood, and wool) to silence a Vitamix. The brand’s current design language looks a little odd on a vehicle of this height, but when you’re on the hand-assembled inside looking out, there’s nothing to complain about and everything to laud. – Car and Driver Magazine
